Eligible refunds

• Duplicate payment for the same order
• Payment completed but access was not delivered after support confirms the issue
• Wrong amount charged due to a verified system error

Not eligible

• Change of mind after access has been delivered
• Failure to read course description before purchase
• Inability to access Google Drive due to buyer’s account restrictions

Requesting a refund

Email us at support@amw-brand.online with your payment reference and the email used during checkout. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within the timeframes set by Squad/banks.
